I am introducing myself to you as a new company but long time realtor in Baldwin County. You may know me from my many Baldwin County restaurants I have owned and developed over the years. In 1980 I opened Winslow’s Café in Fairhope, in 1991 Pelican Pointe Grille on Mobile Bay and in 1998 re-opened the historic Blue Gill on the Causeway. Today we own and operate Rosie’s Grill in Daphne.
In the past, I have been a broker for Fairhope Real Estate and an associate broker with Baldwin County Properties. I am currently a qualifying broker of Dauphin Island Beach Rentals and have now opened Baldwin Rental Properties in Daphne Al.
We will focus on long-term rentals on the Eastern Shore and small commercial properties.
